“Saskia has worked at Kawasaki Motors Europe as HR manager. Working with her she turned out to be an HR manager who took a sincere interest in people working on all levels of the company. She is a real people person who is a good listener and has a real spirit of openness. At the same time she is a strong and decisive person who can solve problems and gets results when needed.
At Kawasaki she has been involved in several projects designed to improve the position of the company. She has had a leading role reducing absenteeism in the warehouse. The goals set were reached by implementing a training for team-leaders at the warehouse and trying to change the mindset of other staff working at the warehouse. Saskia has also had a leading role in organizing team-building activities to ensure a sense of unity within the company. Moreover, she has been one of the initiators of a training project for the staff at the warehouse enabling them to develop their talents and improve their knowledge.
On a more personal level, she has been a joy to work with. She has both been a good coach for me and a sparring partner in trying to solve problems and working on improving the situation for the staff working in Vianen at the warehouse.”
