“Saskia has worked at Kawasaki Motors Europe as HR manager. Working with her she turned out to be an HR manager who took a sincere interest in people working on all levels of the company. She is a real people person who is a good listener and has a real spirit of openness. At the same time she is a strong and decisive person who can solve problems and gets results when needed.
At Kawasaki she has been involved in several projects designed to improve the position of the company. She has had a leading role reducing absenteeism in the warehouse. The goals set were reached by implementing a training for team-leaders at the warehouse and trying to change the mindset of other staff working at the warehouse. Saskia has also had a leading role in organizing team-building activities to ensure a sense of unity within the company.
